The lengthening days and hints of warmth and spring sweetness in the air awaken my body in a particular way. My energy surges, and although I welcome the enlivening that arrives with spring, I also remind myself that there are many paces and rhythms to the life that is awakening within and all around me.
When I slow down and notice what is going on, I recognize a fuller body-relationship with myself and the world around me.
I learn what gives me spaciousness and support, what inspires movement and connection.
I discover ways to receive what I need while offering assistance to others.
I live with an underlying sense of well-being and harmony.*
